Moving Forward (coping with negative emotions) BY DARRYL WILLIAMS

SYNOPSIS

Moving Forward is a book in which I take an in dept look at the many negative emotions that we all have to deal with as human beings every day. These negative emotions affect us all regardless of our wealth, race, religion, sex or sexual orientation.

In moving forward I take a very personal and candid look at these negative emotions. I speak about my experiences with each of the negative emotions.  Specifically I share with my readers the many avenues in which negative emotions have come into my life. Many of these avenues I was unaware of until sometimes the damage had already been done. A few examples of these avenues are self, family and society.

 These negative emotions are very powerful forces that keep all of us from experiencing and living a positive, proactive, peaceful and spiritual existence. The negative emotions that I speak about in moving forward not only affect an individual’s emotional and mental health. They are also obstacles in an individual’s journey towards spiritual development. The sum of all of these things has an affect on our professional life as well. These negative emotions if not addressed can hinder an individual from becoming a successful human being on many levels.

Ultimately my goal in moving forward is to show my readers that negative emotions if dealt with properly can move them forward on all levels personal, professional and spiritual.
